Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 2012 Nissan 370-Z Nismo Custom. The Nissan 370Z also known as the "Fairlady Z Z34" in Japan. The 370-Z is the sixth generation of the Nissan Z-car line, succeeding the 350Z. The 370Z marks the last production car with a natural-aspirated and high-rev VQ37DE V6 coupled to a manual transmission.
This 2012 Nissan 370-Z Nismo has been taken to show quality levels with many upgrades. This was a featured car at SEMA. It sports a full Amuse Body Kit with vertical doors, Carbon Fiber vented hood, spoiler, fenders, and roof spoiler. The car had a full color change to Lamborghini Giallo Midas with Gunmetal Accents. HID headlights also lead the way. The full custom interior include illuminated door sills, LED lighting, Custom Suede wrapped Cobra Misano seats with hard backs including Takata 3-point harness seatbelts. Other interior mods include suede door inserts, knee bolsters, and various suede items throughout along with custom embroidery. The door panels are custom made with suede, lighting, and custom speaker pods. The dash has been custom fabricated and equipped with custom Kenwood audio including a 7" monitor. The Navigation controls have been integrated for a full-custom installation.
This Nissan 370Z delivers the goods with a custom paint Stillen 500+ HP Supercharger and a Stage 3 clutch. A custom ECU tune, Dual cold-air intake, and a Full Catback exhaust system with custom integration. The car is also wrapped in color-matched 20" Niche wheels. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ].

General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
