Cinema Engineering 2066A Precision Impedance Matching Attenuator, + Type 2839B
The attenuator knob turns smoothly. These are 2 attenuators that are connected together. They were both tested with multimeter and got readings on both attenuators. I was able to find information about the 2066A, but not the 2839B. Please see below for further description and all photos.

is marked 250 ohms.
