This is a lovely antique combination pendant brooch. It features a beautifully hand-carved angel skin coral cameo, mounted in a solid 10K yellow gold frame. The surface of the frame has diamond cut swirl and pronounced triangle accents, whose color seems to change depending on the light. The bale swivels up and down, so you can wear it as a pendant or hide it and wear it as a brooch.
