This item up for sale is a
" Vary Rare" Vintage Original Prentiss No. 4  I measured it showing a 5 1/4" Swivel Jaw Heavy Duty Vise.
This vise was made in
New York, U.S.A
. This vise weighs Approx; 96 lbs. This vice seems to be very old and in original condition and works very well and operates smoothly. It also shows very nice patina as seen in pictures.  According to the chart at vise.dayid.org it show's that this vise was manufactured 1922-1923 .   Please see pictures for condition to make sure this is what you are looking for due to be selling as/is as found.
