Vtg. Crocheted Ladies Pink Hat Thimble Holder and Needle Case -- Cute!

Very cute and dainty crocheted hat that serves as a thimble holder and needle case.
Includes original plastic thimble as well as pins and needles.
There is a slight crease discoloration (see photo #4).  Overall, it is in Excellent condion!
Measures approximately 3 1/2" in diameter.
